1:1 support sessions

Individual support sessions create an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversation and intentional reflection - something we often miss in our modern lives. Our conversations can provide a space to clarify your vision or sense of purpose and ground it in your intrinsic values, rather than external cultural expectations. I can support you in cultivating personal and creative practices, developing self-compassion and gratitude, uncovering resources and converting your vision into actionable steps. My approach is informed by a Yogic framework, a bachelor's in Psychology and Philosophy, and coaching certification grounded in Positive Psychology—a field of social psychology that focuses on human thriving rather than pathology. I also draw from my experience as a visual artist, which has shaped my understanding of creativity, perception, and the ways we make meaning in our lives.

Our session May include

  • Written Prompts

    In addition to conversation, we may work with written prompts during or between sessions. Writing is an essential step in translating the depths of our being into something tangible and seen.

  • Homework

    If applicable and of interest, I may offer assessments, practices, readings, and journaling prompts to work with between sessions.

  • Accountability

    It can be hard to make progress in a vacuum. I can act as an accountability partner, to support you in staying aligned with your goals while remaining open to meaningful detours.

My wish is for ongoing support, over time, to be accessible. I provide tiered single-session rates. You can choose the price that feels comfortable and reasonable for you financially, or select the rate based on how frequently you'd like to meet.
